Verax Outreach provides brand development, marketing strategy, website and software builds, content production, and creator matching through Relay. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in individual proposals or service agreements between Verax Outreach and the client.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on veraxoutreach.com, including logos, text, graphics, designs, code, and documentation, is owned by Verax Outreach or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without prior written permission from Verax Outreach.

4. Client and User Content
If you submit any content through the Services (including enquiry forms, feedback, or communications), you grant Verax Outreach a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reference that content as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

5. Confidentiality
Any proprietary information shared between Verax Outreach and its clients during an engagement will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless such information is already publicly available.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verax Outreach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Verax Outreach does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or any platform.

7. Termination
Verax Outreach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. For ongoing service agreements, termination terms are governed by the relevant proposal or contract.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
